Perfume Haul

So I should start by saying I am not a perfume expert I can't tell you about notes and tones but what I can tell you is what I like in a perfume 😉

So before we visited Corralego I told hubs that I was on a mission to get some new perfume as I had none left!! On our first night there we found a fab beauty and fashion store called Sabina so in we went to have a look. 

I wasn't sure what I was looking for I just knew I wanted something I had'nt had before as I'm planning on asking hubs for my fave (ysl cinema) for christmas🤞 and yes I did I said the C word in August!!

After walking arounds for a few minutes I noticed the stores display for BonBon by Viktor&Rolf and remembered really liking a sample I had smelt awhile back so I decided to buy it.

I really like this scent it's quiet sweet so it's not for everybody but I was disappointed by its staying power if I'm honest it's an expensive enough perfume so I would have thought its staying power would be better.

I also bought myself a 100 ml bottle of Lancome La vie est belle for about 50 euro which I thought was a bargain. I adore this perfume it was actually  the perfume I used on my wedding day It's a beautiful sweet scent that lasts the whole day. I've had lots of compliments on it in the past so knew I had to get it when I seen the price.

Not to be left out hubs decided to get a new fragrance also. We must of smelled a dozen or more aftershaves and we couldn't agree on one.... this is were the Sabina staff stepped in. The sales assistant that helped us was so friendly and really helpful we told her we were looking for something for hubs and that he was after something musky. She immediately brought us over a bottle of stronger with you by Emporio Armani and oh my goodness it's beautiful, she is really good at her job.  It's a musky smokey scent but it's in no way over powering. Hubs would be big into his aftershave and likes to smell nice and everytime I smell this on him "I'm like mmmmmhhh what's that your wearing" it really is a fab scent and would make a really nice birthday/christmas present for your OH. Also ladies the female scent "because its you" has definitely made it onto the christmas wish list and if you are in the market for a new perfume definitely definitely check it out.

Because we were spending a small fortune we got a few free samples one of which I really want to tell you about. Biotherm anti drying body milk. It has a beautiful smooth silky texture that leave skin incredibly  soft and the smell! Wow! If you have read my previous inst posts you will see how important the smell of a body lotion/cream/ milk is to me and how disappointed I was with Nuxe for this reason well I need not worry with Biotherm body milk it has a beautiful citrus scent thats almost good enough to eat. I have absolutely no idea how much it cost normally but I will definitely be buying it again.
